Aim
to leverage my project/program management, business
analyst and process improvement experience.
I have progressively
built my project management, business analyst, process improvement
and product development experience in a variety of Internet technology
companies over a decade. I'm a motivated, versatile business professional
with a long record of successfully completing projects and goals in
addition to winning bonuses and peer awards. I work quickly and
efficiently to master new skills and learn new technology. I've implemented
both stand alone ( Netscape / AOL , Pixo , Propel )
and online software (Yahoo, PayPal, Responsys, Cisco,
PlanetID) web applications. I've developed and deployed a number of
web portals as well as created marketing content for company websites
(Sun
Microsystems and others)
for a variety of different target audiences.
Expertise
and strengths include:
Successfully leading
and collaborating with cross functional teams in dynamic environments
to produce deliverables and goals within deadlines to satisfy
customers and other stakeholders.
Managing internal
and external teams (company co-workers, customer engineers, partner
engineers, vendors) to complete projects.
Applying web based
software application development project and program management
experience.
Recognizing and documenting
unstated needs from both technical and business points of view
and making sure they are communicated across the extended team.
Ensuring optimal
user experience by using the SDLC to
drive releases from requirements gathering, through development
and verification to deployment.
Effectively analyze,
validate and monitor priority/severity of defects and other program
issues pre and post release.
Encouraging continuous
process improvement by applying tools, techniques and training
with co-workers.
Developing sales
tools such as customer proposals, responses to requirement proposals
( RFP s/ RFI s),
training material, qualification guides and feature lists.
My familiarity with wikis/twikis, Sharepoint,
website design and department intranet management
will be an asset to any company.
Eagerness to learn
and grow
I'd like to continue leveraging
my web application software project and program management experience
in a department such as marketing, engineering, information technology
or operations. I enjoy taking on the challenge of developing high quality,
shippable products with cross functional teams. I'm very resourceful
and always strive for maximum success. In addition to identifying and
improving processes, I'm good at converting customer requirements into
product features or services.
